 Scholarships and Golf

The 2008 Texas Tech Spring Fling was a great success.  A special thanks goes out to all that participated in the golf and those that made the scholarship dinner happen.  Thank You.

I want a big Raider foam finger to take to a friend's OU/TTU watching party on Saturday. (We live in Austin.) Where can I get one, ASAP?

Tech friends are gathering in Austin to watch the game on the 22nd. Any recommendations on where to watch -- with audio?

When and where is the Nov. happy hour or is it being skipped due to Thanksgiving? What is the best way to meet techies if I am new in town?

We all go to the one on 6th and they provide audio, otherwise I'm sure we'd find somewhere else to go. Haven't been to the Round Rock one yet because we have such good turnouts for 6th.

I'll be home for Thanksgiving and will be looking to join with a Texas Tech crowd for the game. Does Third Base on 6th or in Round Rock provide audio for the games?

The Third Base up in Round Rock is the best place to watch. Lost of easy parking, lots of space indoors and outdoors. It's a new location so I don't think it's as crowded as the 6th Street one. Plus our bartender was from Tech and cheered with us throughout the game!

I have some Pendents available for a great price. ;-) They were left at the Networking Lunch.
I think if there were any flags in this town that they have probably been destroyed after the weekend.

Anywhere around town we can grab a TTU flag?
